Step 1: Let’s Chat!
So, you’re moving! Let’s schedule a call and chat about your desired apartment, so I know what’s important to you! Things we will cover: Your budget, desired location, when you expect to move and anything else that’s important to you.
Step 2: Now our part, lots of research!
I research available apartments that match all the things that are important to you along with the best rental deals/promotions advertised in my special database. Within 24 hours of our consultation, you receive a customized list of apartments. Not only does this save you time, but saves you money if you choose an apartment with a move-in special or discounted rent.
Step 3: Apartment Tours
Now that you have your Daydream apartment list, you will be aware of what move-in specials the apartments are offering! You have everything you need to schedule a tour at your convenience!
Step 4: Application
Here we go! Once we found your daydream apartment, it’s time to submit your application to the property and list us as your referral source.
Step 5: Sign lease & move-in!
After you sign your new lease and move in, you may be eligible for a move-in rebate from us. Remember to put us as your referral source on the guest card and application to qualify. Rebates are only available after you move into your new apartment.
