  • No. Please find another resource. The apartments I work with don’t allow AirBnB or subletting and usually require a 12-month lease.

  • Apartments typically require applicants to have a gross income of 3 times the monthly rent and applicants are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Apartments require you to have verifiable income. You must have pay stubs or an employment offer letter for a new job.

    For example: your monthly income would need to be $3,000 per month to qualify for an apartment that rents at $1,000 per month.

    To qualify for an apartment, the property management requires your credit score be at least 550 and you may need a co-singer if you are a first-time renter with no established credit.

  • My apartment location services are completely FREE. This means the work I do researching apartments that match your needs, sending you multiple lists after our initial call, and following-up with you until you find your dream apartment, these services are all FREE.

    I will send you a customized list of apartments after we discuss your wants and needs in our initial call. My turnaround time to send you an apartment list is typically within 24 hours after our first chat.

  • Apartment Locators are paid a referral fee from the Apartment community when locators refer over clients to rent their apartment and the client signs a lease.

    Client’s must write my name as the referral source on their application and guest card for me to receive my referral fee.

    In order for the client to qualify for a possible move-in rebate, the client must write the apartment locator’s name as the referral source.

    Movie-in rebates are paid to clients after the apartment pays the locator referral fee, which may take up to 30-90 days.

  • Yes. The apartment you lease at must recognize "Daydream Apartment Locating" as your referral source to be eligible for a rebate after your move-in. Ask me more about the move-in rebate during our initial call.

    I will send you the link to claim your rebate once your apartment confirms you were approved for an apartment. If the apartment you lease refuses to pay a referral fee, you WILL NOT receive a rebate.

  • No, but I can offer advice on how likely you are to get approved.

  • No. My locating services are 100% virtual and this is more efficient for the client to schedule tours not dependent on my schedule. (Just don’t forget to mention me to qualify for your move-in rebate.)
